# Billing billing details

# 🧾 Billing Details – Invoice Information

📍 Go to: WC Studio → Billing → My Plan → Billing Details

Use this section to update your **billing identity** — the information that appears on your **invoices** and **receipts**. Keeping your billing details accurate ensures smooth reporting for taxes, accounting, and compliance.

## 📝 What You Can Edit

| Field              | Description                                       |
| ------------------ | ------------------------------------------------- |
| **Company Name**   | Name of your business or entity                   |
| **Billing Email**  | Email address for invoice delivery                |
| **Tax Type**       | Choose your applicable tax system (e.g. VAT, GST) |
| **Tax ID**         | Enter your registered tax identification number   |
| **Address Line 1** | Primary business address                          |
| **Address Line 2** | Optional — secondary address or suite number      |
| **Country**        | Select from dropdown (e.g. United States)         |
| **State**          | State or province                                 |
| **City**           | City or locality                                  |
| **Postal Code**    | ZIP or postal code                                |

## ✅ How to Update

1. Go to **Billing → Billing Details**
2. Fill out or update each required field
3. Click **Submit** to save your changes

🧾 Your next invoice will reflect the updated billing information.
