🔐 Backup Providers
WC Studio allows you to securely connect external Backup Providers for storing your snapshots and backups off-site. You can choose from supported services like Amazon S3, DigitalOcean Spaces, FTP, and SFTP.📍 Go to: WC Studio → Collaborators → Backup Providers
➕ Add a New Backup Provider
You can connect your preferred backup storage by creating a new provider configuration.✅ Steps to Add a Provider
- Click “Add New Provider”
- Select your preferred provider from the list:
- Amazon S3
- DigitalOcean Spaces
- FTP
- SFTP
- Fill in the required credentials
- Enter a Name for internal reference (e.g.
Client S3 Bucket,Team FTP) - Toggle Active to enable usage
- Click Create Provider
💼 Credential Structure
| Field | Description |

| Name | Custom name to identify this backup destination |
| Active | Enable/disable this provider for future backups |
| Provider | Chosen service type (S3, FTP, etc.) |
| Access Keys / Host / Bucket | Varies by provider (entered securely) |
🔒 WC Studio encrypts and securely stores all credentials.
📋 Backup Provider Table
After you add providers, they will appear in a list for management.| Column | Description |

💡 Pro Tips
- ✅ Use S3 or Spaces for scalable, secure backup storage
- ✅ Assign separate providers for different teams or clients
- ✅ Keep at least one off-site backup at all times for disaster recovery
- ✅ Regularly test connectivity to ensure your credentials are valid
